The breakfast service was so friendly. i appreciated the staff remembering my coffee order. the location was great. Walking to attractions was easy. the room was clean and italian-styled!

amazing stay!
clean room spacious room helpful staff
the room was super clean and comfy. it was a superior double or twin room and very spacious. i appreciated finding bottled water in the fridge upon arrival, and the bathroom had a rainfall shower, which i loved. the front desk staff were also very helpful with directions.
the elevator could use some maintenance because the doors were a bit slow to open on the ground floor. i hope they fix it soon!

The hotel features a bus stop right outside, providing easy access to transportation. This allowed easy travel to different destinations. inside the rooms are a coffee machine and complimentary toiletries. They added convenience to the experience. i think that is great!

i walked to the city center easily, as it was close. the hotel sits in a quiet area, away from noise, that's a huge plus. i visited a market near the hotel. it was a quick walk!

the breakfast service team, especially ruel, paola, and fabrizia, were amazing. ruel even remembered my coffee order from the previous day, such attentiveness! the front desk staff were professional, kind, and went the extra mile.
